What is Videorama PRO?

With Videorama PRO you'll have unlimited access to all the premium content and features. You'll also be getting access to the new features and content added to the app without limits.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Navigate to manage your Apple ID in your device's settings. From there, sign in to the iTunes / App Store, tap Videorama, and turn off the automatic renewal for the subscription. Disabling the automatic renewal must be done 24-hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Due to Apple’s policy, immediate cancellation of subscriptions isn’t possible.

How do I restore Videorama PRO on new devices?

In the INFO screen, tap the “Restore Previous Purchases” option and your subscription / previous purchases will become active free of charge on your new device.

What happens if my subscription runs out? Do I lose my work?

Definitely not! Any of the projects that you’ve created will remain in the app as long as you don't delete the app from your device.

How can I remove the "Made with Videorama" watermark from my videos?

Just tap on the "Made with Videorama" logo on the corner of your video in the editing screen and you'll be taken to PRO UPGRADE screen where you can make an in app purchase to remove the watermark forever from your edits.

I've made purchases in the app before but they are not showing up. What's wrong?

Please make sure you've updated to the latest version from the App Store. Go to the INFO screen and tap on “Restore Purchases”. It should fix your issue.

I've purchased the fonts packs in the shop. How do I view my new fonts?

You’ll see them when you add a text clip to your video. In the project editing screen, tap on ADD TEXT > FONT and scroll right in the list to see all fonts.

How do I bring my purchases back on my second device? (For example: I bought it on my iPhone and the features are locked here on my iPad)

On your new device, just go to the SHOP screen, scroll to the right in the list of purchasable items and you'll see a button to "Restore Previous Purchases". Tap on it and you'll be asked your Apple ID credentials. Use the same Apple ID you used on your previous device where you've made purchases for Videorama. Proceed and it will reload your items for free on your new device.

Videorama is not supported on my device, can’t even download it, what can I do?

Unfortunately, Videorama is currently not supported on devices older than the iPhone5S. We’re working on adding support for these devices as well with future updates. Here's the full list of supported devices: Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Air, iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad Air 2, iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi + Cellular, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 9.7-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, and iPod touch (6th generation).

Why can't I share my purchases via family sharing?

Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow the sharing of in-app purchases via family sharing. Please refer to their documentation for further info on this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203046

Can I use Videorama for my business?

Yes. We've added full commercial use support with our v2.0 update. Be sure that you're using the latest version of the App and you can use the app to create videos for promoting your brand, uploading stuff to your YouTube channel and monetize them etc... Just be careful with copyright issues coming from using songs in your iTunes library or any photos or videos you use that might include copyrights. The music tracks we provide within Videorama are totally fine for any kind of business use but if you're using content from your own iTunes/Photo library, you'll have to make sure you have the rights and necessary licenses to use them in your videos. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more info on this.
